
Bresky Adds Patrick Hannity to Signing Class

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest head men's tennis coach Tony Bresky announced the addition of Patrick Hannity to the 2017 signing class on Tuesday.
A four-star recruit, Hannity is rated as the No. 157 prospect in the nation, and has been as high as No. 114 in his high school career.
"Pat is an excellent prospect and we are lucky he has decided to join our program," Bresky said. "His tennis accomplishments speak for themselves and we look for Pat to continue to improve and be an excellent contributor to our program's success. He will be a great fit for what we are trying to accomplish and I'm thrilled that Pat is going to be a Deac!"
Hannity is one of the top 10 recruits from the state of New York and was a 2015 doubles finalist in his high school state tournament.
The Oyster Bay, New York native is also accomplished off the court. With a 4.2 high school GPA, Hannity is a member of the National Honor Society.
"I would like to thank Tony Bresky and Wake Forest University for giving me this opportunity to continue my tennis and academic careers at such a great university," Hannity said. "I would also like to thank my mom and dad for all of their years of commitment to helping me achieve my goals. None of this would be possible without them."
The son of Jill and Sean, Hannity will join the Demon Deacons in January.
