The McCreary Triple Double Challenge
College athletics is evolving rapidly, and one of the most significant developments in the past year has been the introduction of direct revenue sharing between universities and student-athletes. As part of the new national framework created through the House settlement and subsequent policy changes, institutions across the country now have the ability to provide direct financial support to student-athletes.
Wake Forest University leadership acted quickly to fully participate in this new model, recognizing the importance of providing the resources necessary for Demon Deacon programs to continue competing at the highest levels.
To meet this moment, Wake Forest Athletics launched The McCreary Triple Double Challenge, a $100 million initiative designed to support student-athletes and position Wake Forest programs for success in this new era. Gifts to the Challenge support Wake Forest's ability to continue funding student-athlete revenue sharing payments at the highest level.
