Anna Kozniuk had an outstanding four-year career with Wake Forest field hockey from 2011-14, one full of accolades and accomplishments.

The North Vancouver native became the 14th player in ACC field hockey history to earn four career All-America honors. At the time, she also emerged as the 12th player in the history of ACC field hockey to be a four-time All-ACC first team honoree. Kozniuk’s additional collegiate honors include being named the 2014 ACC Offensive Player of the Year, 2014 ACC Tournament MVP, 2011 ACC Rookie of the Year and four All-South Region First Team nods.

As a senior, Kozniuk finished first on the team in scoring with a team-high 16 goals and six assists for 38 total points. She was second on the team in scoring with nine goals, in addition to six assists, during her junior season.

Kozniuk took a noteworthy leap during her sophomore campaign, netting five goals, nine assists and 19 points while leading the Deacs in assists and being second in total points. She was one of the ACC’s top newcomers as a true freshman in 2011, starting 18 of 19 contests.
