Wake Forest Football Photo Day Saturday At Groves Stadium

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest football fans will have the opportunity to meet the Deacon players, obtain autographs and photographs at Photo Day Saturday afternoon in Groves Stadium.
Festivities begin at 1:15 p.m. Fans will receive free beverages, frozen yogurt, posters and schedule cards before meeting the Deacon players. Fans should park and enter the stadium near Bridger Field House.
A practice, also open to the public, will begin at approximately 3 p.m. in the stadium.
Fans who purchase season tickets on Saturday will have the opportunity to choose their seats for the season.
Wake Forest's veteran players reported to camp on Tuesday. The first full squad practice is slated for Thursday (one morning practice and one afternoon practice). The Demon Deacons open the 2000 season on Thursday, August 31 at 7:30 against Appalachian State. For tickets, call 1-888-758-3322.
