Jeremiah White Picks Up Weekly ACC Men's Soccer Award

Wake Forest forward Jeremiah White earns this week's Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week honor after leading the Demon Deacons to wins over High Point and North Carolina.
White, a sophomore from Lansdowne, Pa., scored two goals and recorded two assists for a total of six points during the past week.
Against the No. 6 Tar Heels, White had his best performance of the week registering one goal and two assists.
White is the ACC's leading scorer with White has 12 goals in 13 games, a total of 30 points. White has a goal in each of his last seven games and has registered a point in every game since Sept. 17. White is looking to become the first Deacon to lead the ACC in scoring since Mark Erwin in 1983.
White joins sophomore goalkeeper William Hesmer and freshman forward Scott Sealy as Wake Forest players who have earned the award this season. The Demon Deacons are 11-3-1 (2-1-1 ACC) and are winners of their last seven games. The team will put its winning streak on the line against Duke on Saturday, November 3 at Spry Stadium.
