11 Deacs Named To Dean's List

Eleven Wake Forest women's soccer players made the Dean's List for the 2001 fall semester.

Roxanne Chow (Sr., D, Port Moody, Canada), Lauren Claytor (Fr., M, Chesterfield, VA), Nina D'Alleinne (Fr., D, Annandale, NJ), Kenna Healy (r-Fr., GK, Wilmington, DE), Liz McDowell (Jr., D, Lakewood, CO), Meagan Mullins (Fr., D, Sterling, VA), Melissa Murray-Hobbs (Jr., M, Atlanta, GA), Stacy Roeck (Sr., D/F, Solana Beach, CA), Lisa Senecal (So., D, Burlington, VA), Alena Thom (So., M, Jefferson City, MO) and Katherine Winstead (So, M, Raleigh, NC) all earned at least a 3.00 grade point average in the fall semester - during their women's soccer season.

The Demon Deacons finished the season 9-9-2 and made their sixth consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament. Eight of the starting 11 will return in 2002.
