The scrimage today went well. It was much smoother on both sides of the ball then the previous scrimage. Both quarterbacks (James Macphereson and Cory Randolph) played well. James completed each pass he threw. Ray Thomas made several nice catches today and two of his receptions were for touchdowns. Jason Anderson, Fabian Davis, Anthony Young, Jax Landfried, and Chris Davis all played well today at the receiver position. I thought the defense looked very sharp today as well.
After we ate lunch today we went back to the stadium for Fan Appreciation Day. I was suprised at the number of people that were there this year. It was way more then I expected. Our fans seem very enthusiastic about the upcoming season. After we left the stadium we had a short break and then meetings, dinner, and then another practice at 7:15. We then had a two hour practice and then had four gasers for the first time this summer. These gasers were especially fun today or tonight because we had been just put in a fourteen hour day. But I didn't expect Coach Grobe to let us off easy. Tomorrow we have a day off. I will probably won't leave my bed the entire day except to eat.
