Wake Forest to Host Alumni Invitational

The Wake Forest cross country team will host their only home event of the season Saturday morning, September 14. Teams scheduled to compete along with Wake in the Alumni Invitational are Charlotte, UNCG and a group of Wake Forest alumni.
The men will run an 8,000m race beginning at 10:00 am followed by the women??s 5K race at 10:40 am. The Wake Forest cross country trail starts at the intramural fields that are located just inside the University Parkway entrance of campus.
The Alumni Invitational will be the only opportunity for fans to come and support the Demon Deacon Harriers in Winston-Salem. Full results will be posted on wakeforestsports.com.
