Head Coach Jim Grobe

On getting a big early lead against Clemson:
"With the talent that they have, we had been telling the guys all week that no lead is big enough to relax against Clemson."

On quarterback Cory Randolph:
"Cory has been very sharp for some time now. We just haven't supported him throughout the whole year. He and the rest of the team will get better as the other ten supporting players get better."

On running back Chris Barclay:
"We were disappointed when Barclay got hurt early in the season, but now we see that he can still come out and produce. He has really been able to help our offense out and get it going."

Cornerback Eric King

On his interception return for a TD:
"As I was breaking, I saw the wide receiver slip. He tipped the ball and it fell right into my hands. Once I got it, I knew I had to run it back to the house. We knew coming in that against Clemson, we had to stop the long ball. "

On the defense:
"I think we had a good performance. We knew with a young offense, we had to create turnovers"

On the win:
"No one in the locker room had ever beaten Clemson including Coach Grobe. So if anything, we wanted to win for him."

Running Back Chris Barclay

On the 80-yard TD drive:
"I think it showed our confidence as a unit. It helped us get the ball rolling and helped us know that we could be successful."

On Clemson as a team: "They're a good team. Some weeks you come up short, but we really played a good game."

Offensive Lineman Tyson Clabo

On the win:
"This was the best performance as a team this year by far. Anytime the defense scores 14 points, its hard to lose. This had to be one of the best team performances in my career here."

On running the ball:
"It was a good gameplan and it worked. We had the momentum going our way and we kept it by working all game. Our main goal was to run it and we just did that. We ran it and ran it."

On the 98-yard TD drive:
"Before we took the field, Coach Mullen said in the huddle 'Take it 98' and we just did that. We took it 98 yards and scored."
