Winston-Salem, N.C. -- The Wake Forest men's soccer team plays its only September home game on Tuesday night against George Mason. The Demon Deacons, coming off a 2-1 road loss to Virginia on Saturday, hope to get back on track.
Wake Forest (3-1) will put its 18-game regular season home unbeaten streak on the line without injured senior All-American forward Jeremiah White who is out with a broken facial bone.
George Mason (3-0-1) is undefeated with victories over Charlotte, Stony Brook, Georgia Southern and George Washington. The Patriots tied Appalachian State.
Following Tuesday's match, the Deacons will play their next three games on the road including at sixth-ranked Old Dominion, at William & Mary and at top-ranked Maryland.
