Ivan Postpones Carpet Capital Collegiate Tournament

The heavy rains expected this weekend because of Hurricane Ivan have caused tournament officials to postpone the Sept. 17-19 Carpet Capital Collegiate Tournament in Rocky Face, GA.
The tournament, which will include many of the nation's top teams, has been re-scheduled for Nov. 5-7.
The Demon Deacons, coming off a fifth-place finish in their first tournament of the fall season, will play next in the Jerry Pate National Intercollegiate Oct. 11-12.
