Men's Soccer Match At Virginia Tech Postponed

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The 25th-ranked Wake Forest men's soccer team was scheduled to face Virginia Tech in Blacksburg on Tuesday night, but the inclement weather throughout North Carolina and Virginia forced the match to be postponed. A makeup match will be scheduled for later in the year, but will not be determined until later in the year.

Wake Forest returns to action this Saturday evening against 11th-ranked Maryland. Kickoff with the Terrapins is scheduled for Spry Stadium at 7 p.m. The Demon Deacons will look eclipse the Spry Stadium attendance record of 4,722 -- which was set during the 1999 ACC Tournament in a match against NC State.
