
Final Jim Grobe of 2005 Set For Tonight

The final "Jim Grobe Show" of the season is set to go tonight from 7:00-8:30 EST. The state-wide radio program can be heard over the Wake Forest ISP Sports Network and wakeforestsports.com. Coach Grobe and "Voice of the Deacs" Stan Cotten will originate the show from The Loop Pizza Grill in Winston-Salem.
The first half hour of the program will feature interviews with Deacon senior Trent Strickland, recently voted ACC Player of the Week and MVP of the Winston-Salem Region of the 2K Coaches vs. Cancer Hoops Classic, and Coach Jen Averill, whose Deacs will play in the upcoming semifinals of the NCAA Field Hockey Championships. Wake Forest seeks its fourth consecutive field hockey national title.
Coach Grobe will begin taking callers' questions at 7:30. Prizes and t-shirts will also be given out to callers and fans in attendance. The "Skip Prosser Show" will debut on Thursday night, December 1, at The Loop.
