No. 5 Demon Deacons vs. Connecticut...The Wake Forest men's soccer team will hit the road for a non-conference match-up against Connecticut, Tuesday evening. The Demon Deacons are coming off a double-overtime draw against Boston College last Friday night. Against the Eagles, Wake was able to come back from a one-goal deficit with a pair of second half goals from Lyle Adams and Ryan Solle. BC knotted the score in the 56th minute and the game proceeded to be scoreless through two overtime periods.

A Win This Evening Would... improve the Demon Deacons to 11-2-1 overall ... snap a one-game winless streak ... give Wake Forest a 5-0 record on the road in 2006 ... make the Deacons 6-2 against ranked opponents this season ... improve the Deacs' record against UConn to 4-0-1 ... give head coach Jay Vidovich his 159th career victory.

A Loss To UConn Would... drop the Demon Deacons to 10-3 -1 overall ... give the Deacs a two-game winless streak... make the Deacons 5-3 against ranked opponents this fall ... drop Wake Forest to 3-1-1 all-time against UConn ... deny head coach Jay Vidovich his 159th career victory ... snap the Deacs six game road winning streak.
