Wake Forest Head Coach Jim Grobe...

"Our guys just find ways and they compete for four quarters. We have a football team that has learned by experience. We're finding ways to win late."

On Boston College...
"We felt going in that they were the most balanced team that we have played, and we felt like if we could stop the run then we would be able to dial up some pressure and have a chance. I thought that [defensive coordinator] Dean Hood did a good job with his game plan. I think we played a special quarterback today that can really hurt you."

"I don't know if there are many teams better than Boston College. They are the real deal. They are solid on offense and defense and their kick coverage is really strong. I think that everyone realizes that every Saturday is a flip of the coin in this league and you have to come out and play every Saturday. We have three really good football teams left on the schedule, and I think that the key for us down the stretch right now is health."

On LB Aaron Curry...
"Aaron Curry, being a sophomore, has tons of ability and has played well, a little hot and cold, he stood out in the first half and is a really good player and gives us a good chance. He is strong against the run, and he is special."

On the fans...
"Tonight was really special for us. Our students and fan base really came out to support us. It was so much fun to have a full stadium of our people. You didn't even know that Boston College had fans there. It was noticeable during warm-ups and that was somewhat unusual for us to have people in the stadium that early, and it juiced our kids up. It was a special night and it made me feel like we are going in the right direction."

On the right to start dreaming...
"The players have learned a lot. We don't want to take their dreams away from them. They have practiced hard during the week to win on Saturday. They have been a very mature football team by doing what it takes to win. They have taken a workman-like approach, and it is time to dream a little bit, but I don't think it will affect the players."

"I think that we talked last week and it was fun to still be playing for a bowl and to still be playing for a championship. I don't think that too many people thought that tonight was a possibility. It is fun right now, and it is going to be fun tomorrow too, but come Monday we will go back to work. These guys have worked so hard, and they have a vision as to where they want to go."

On Florida State Next Week...
"We obviously have more confidence going down to Florida State because we are winning right now. It is going to be tough. They have great players and we have our work cut out for us. But where we are right now we will go down with confidence, but the key isn't that, the key is playing well. There is not a team in our league with better talent that Florida State."

Wake Forest RS-Freshman QB Riley Skinner...

On Kevin Marion's long TD run...
"We ran a couple of reverses that worked out really well for us. We thought that Boston College would bit on it and they did. They had a couple of guys waiting on our side for the ball to come back and Kevin just faked the reverse. It is hard to stop him once he gets going because he is so fast. We are happy to have him on our side of the ball."

On the success of the team...
"It feels good. Seeing our students trying to tear down the goal posts at the end was awesome. That is something we haven't seen before. It is awesome to see them get so excited about the team. The excitement in the community and in the whole school is making this season a really special one. They were rocking tonight and it got us pumped up. I hope we can keep on having that even though we have only one more football game we are still going to need that."

On playing under the lights.
"It is exciting and fun. The only bad thing is that you have to wait around all day to play. It feels like time stands still when you sit around in the hotel and wait. But it is exciting when you get out there. It was cold but once you are out there and playing you don't really feel it. It was an great atmosphere and getting the win against a really tough ball club is all you can ask for."
