Frazier Tabbed To ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest offensive guard Louis Frazier has been named to ESPN The Magazine's Academic All-District Team. Frazier, a native from Clearwater, Fla., owns a 3.78 grade point average. His major is biology and his minor is chemistry. Frazier plans to become a pediatrician when his playing days are over.
Frazier, a junior, has overcome a knee injury that ended his sophomore season and caused him to miss all of spring practice. He entered fall camp as the third string left guard, but worked his way atop of the depth chart in August. Frazier has started all nine games this season and played 334 snaps this season with 40 knockdown blocks.
To be eligible for the honor, student-athletes must carry a 3.2 GPA and be at least a sophomore in terms of athletic eligibility.
The 18th-ranked Demon Deacons (8-1, 4-1 ACC) are off their their best start since 1944. Wake Forest travels to Tallahassee to play Florida State on Saturday night at Doak Campbell Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. on ABC.
