Cotelia Bond-Young Named to Third Team All-ACC

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest senior Cotelia Bond-Young was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference third team for the second consecutive year, as announced by the conference office, Monday.
The All-ACC first, second and third teams, along with the All-Freshman team, is voted on by the Atlantic Coast Sports Writers Association.
The Landover, Md. native has led the Demon Deacons in scoring for the past two seasons, and currently averages 16.0 points per game. She is among the nation's leaders in three-pointers made per game and has also led the conference in that category for the last two seasons.
Ranked third in the conference in scoring, Bond-Young has clocked the most minutes of any ACC player this season and is among the ACC top-10 in assists, steals, three point attempts and free throw percentage.
In her senior season, Bond-Young has led the team in either points, rebounding or assists in every game and will leave a permanent mark on the program. She will finish her career as the Wake Forest career leader in three-pointers made and attempted in addition to being among the top-five in points, field goals, field goal attempts, minutes, assist to turnover ratio, assists and steals .
