No. 2 Deacons Host App State in Tuesday Night Soccer

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Appalachian State is traveling down from the mountain to face the second-ranked Wake Forest men's soccer team at Spry Stadium Tuesday night beginning at 7 PM.
The Deacons (7-0-2, 2-0-1) will look to snap a 2-game winless streak that includes a 1-1 draw with Elon and a 3-3 draw with No. 9 Virginia Tech.
The Mountaineers are 6-3-2 and are third in the Southern Conference. In its last outing App State was shutout 4-0 by Elon.
The Deacons lead the Mountaineer series 15-2 and haven't surrendered a match to ASU since 1986.
