
Justice, Smith Earn All-America Honors

Wake Forest center Steve Justice and junior cornerback Alphonso Smith have each earned All-America honors from the Walter Camp Football Foundation.
Justice and Smith were each second team selections on the Walter Camp All-America team chosen by the nation's Football Bowl Subdivision head coaches and sports information directors. The Walter Camp All-America team is the oldest All-America team in the nation.
Justice has also been named to the CBSSports.com All-America first team as an offensive lineman.
Smith is tied for the national lead with eight interceptions. He and teammate Aaron Curry lead the nation with three interception returns for touchdowns this season. Smith, a 5-9, 191-pound redshirt junior from Pahokee, Fla. intercepted four passes in his last two games.
Justice, a 6-4, 284-pound redshirt senior from Port Orange, Fla. (New Smyrna Beach) was previously named first team All-America by the American Football Coaches Association. He received the Atlantic Coast Conference's prestigious Jacobs Blocking Trophy awarded annually to the conference's top lineman. Justice is a two-time All-ACC pick at center and was the runner-up for the Rimington Trophy this season.
