CARY, N.C. -
The Wake Forest men's soccer team defeated the Carolina Railhawks of the USL First Division on Saturday in both teams' first spring exhibition game of the year. The Deacs got goals from freshmen Cody Arnoux and Zack Schilawski in the 3-1 victory.
Wake got on the board first with a goal from Arnoux assisted by fellow freshman Nick Courtney. The Railhawks leveled the game to go into halftime tied at one.

Wake will now set its sights on Major League Soccer's Columbus Crew. The Crew will visit Spry Stadium to play the Deacs as part of a preseason training trip to Winson-Salem. Wake and Columbus square off on Wednesday, March 28, at 7 p.m.
