WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest, unranked for the first time this season, will play a second straight ACC road game when the Deacons visit the University of Miami on Saturday, Oct. 25. Kickoff is set for noon at Dolphin Stadium. The game will be televised live nationally on ESPNU and will also be available on the Wake Forest ISP Radio Network.
Wake Forest enters the game at 4-2 overall and 2-1 in the ACC. The Deacs are coming off a 26-0 loss at Maryland on Oct. 18. The Deacons suffered their first shutout since 1998 and were shutout by an ACC opponent for the first time since the 1996 season.
Miami is 4-3 overall and 1-2 in the ACC following a 49-31 win over Duke on Saturday. Freshman quarterback Jacory Harris threw four touchdown passes and ran for another to lead the Hurricanes to the win in Durham. Miami had to overcome a 24-14 third quarter deficit before posting the win.
Miami holds a 5-3 lead in the series that dates back to 1928. The Hurricanes have won four straight over the Deacons after Wake had taken a 3-1 series lead with its win in Miami in 1944.
This will be Wake Forest's second-ever game at Dolphin Stadium. The Deacons played Louisville in the 2007 FedEx Orange Bowl in the venue.

- Wake Forest is in a four-way tie for first place in the ACC's Atlantic Division. Wake, Boston College, Florida State and Maryland are all tied for first with 2-1 conference records.
