Corben Bone became the single season assist record holder with three assists against Boston College to bring his season total to 15.

Bone Named to ACC All-Tournament Team

CARY, N.C. - Sophomore midfielder Corben Bone was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference All-Tournament Team, as announced after the conference championship game on Sunday afternoon.

A native of Dallas, Bone finished the conference tournament with a goal and an assist. Bone scored his sixth goal of the season in the Deacs' 4-1 victory over NC State in the quarterfinals. Bone added his NCAA-leading 16th assist in Wake's 3-2 loss to Virginia in the semifinals.

Bone ranks third on the team in points with 28 on the season. His 16 assists ranks as the most in a single season in Wake Forest history.

Jeremy Hall of Maryland earned Most Valuable Player honors at the ACC Tournament after the Terrapins defeated Virginia 1-0 in the championship game on Sunday.

Wake Forest will find out its first opponent in the NCAA Tournament on Monday when the selections are announced at 6 p.m. (ET). The selection show will be aired live on ESPNEWS.
