Pre-Game Field Pass Registration Form 
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Pre-Game Field Pass is your chance to get an up-close and personal look at Wake Forest Football. An exciting new benefit available to Deacon Club members giving at or above the Golden C level, the Pre-Game Field Pass offers sideline access prior to kickoff at home football games. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to enhance your gameday experience at BB&T Field.
Every home game the Deacon Club will issue a limited number of Pre-Game Field Passes, with a limit of two passes per Deacon Club membership. Pass holders will report an hour and a half prior to kickoff and will have sideline access in a designated area until 30 minutes before game time.
If demand exceeds availability, Pre-Game Passes will be assigned based on rank within giving level. Only those receiving a Pre-Game Field Pass will be contacted by the Deacon Club. Limit of one game per Deacon Club membership.
To apply for the Pre-Game Field Pass, download the following registration form and mail to: 499 Deacon Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27105 or fax to: 336-758-4913. Pre-Game Field Pass registration forms must be mailed or faxed to the Deacon Club by Wednesday, August 20.
