Deacons Host High Point for Thanksgiving Eve Showdown

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's basketball team will host High Point at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25.
Wake Forest enters the game 4-0, coming off a 62-40 victory over Coppin State on Monday evening. High Point is 2-1, last defeating UNC Greensboro 75-63 in High Point.
The Panthers are led by Shamia Brown, who averages just shy of 15 points per game. Amy Dodd leads High Point on the boards with 7 per game. Brittany Waters is the leading Demon Deacon scorer, averaging 22 points, and Sandra Garcia has the Wake Forest team-high of 9.5 rebounds.
Wake Forest will be back in action on Sunday, November 29, hosting Presbyterian at 2 p.m.
