Kyle Reifers was the only one of six former Deacons to make it through second stage of PGA Tour Q-school and he now turns his attention to the grueling final stage which is being played this week at the Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Reifers already has full-time status on the Nationwide Tour for next season by virtue of his top-60 finish on the money list in `09. He will look to rejoin the PGA Tour full-time by finishing in the top-30 this week. Final stage consists of six rounds starting on Dec. 2 and running through Dec. 7. The final three rounds of the event will be aired on the Golf Channel.

On the ladies side, Nannette Hill will be playing in the final stage of LPGA Q-school at the LPGA International Champions and Legends Courses in Daytona Beach, Fla., this week. The five-round final will begin on Dec. 2 and run the Dec. 6.

She finished off a stellar collegiate career with a sixth place finish at the NCAA Championship last May and then played a number of events as a amateur before turning professional at the end of the summer. Hill then advanced through the sectional stage of LPGA Tour Qualifying at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif., in late September. She used a strong third-round 69 to finish tied for 20th at even-par. Only the top-30 and ties in the 140-player field moved on.

Hill also finished 10th at the DURAMED Futures Tour Qualifying earlier this month and has full-time status on that tour next season.
