7:01 am Brendan Cross QB 6-2 198 Alpharetta, GA Chattahoochee Was named first team all-county as a junior and senior and second team all-state as a senior at Chattahoochee High . . . Is the son of former San Francisco 49er center and currently TV analyst Randy Cross . . . Played for Coach Terry Crowder . . . Team went 4-6 as a senior . . . Threw for 1,043 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior while completing 70 percent of his passes . . . Added 400 yards rushing . . . Helped the Cougars to the Class 4A playoffs in 2007 . . .
