Wake Sets Spring Football Schedule for Week

Wake Forest will continue spring football this week as the Deacons practice on Tuesday and Wednesday and will hold an intrasquad scrimmage on Thursday.

The Deacons will practice on Tuesday, April 7 at 3:45 p.m. at the Doc Martin Football Practice Complex. The squad will work out on Wednesday at 5 p.m. on the practice fields.

Thursday's scrimmage is tentatively scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at BB&T Field. It will be the Deacons' only scrimmage of the spring in the stadium. However, the site could change back to the practice complex on campus if the BB&T Field surface is not ready.

Following Thursday's scrimmage, Wake Forest will be off for Easter weekend and the Deacons are scheduled to return to practice on Tuesday, April 14.
