ACC Announces Football Starting Times

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference today announced the starting times for Wake Forest University's first three football games this fall.

The Demon Deacons will open the 2010 season on Thursday, Sept. 2 when they host Presbyterian at 6:30 p.m. at BB&T Field. The game will be streamed online over ESPN's 24/7 broadband sports network, ESPN3.com, formerly known as ESPN360.

Wake Forest will open ACC play on Saturday, Sept. 11 when it hosts Duke at noon at BB&T Field. The game will be broadcast on the Raycom network.

The Demon Deacons make their first road trip when they travel to Palo Alto, Calif. to play Stanford on Saturday, Sept. 18. The game will kickoff at 11:15 p.m. EDT and will be shown on ESPN2.

The remainder of Wake Forest's games, beginning with the Sept. 25 contest at Florida State, will have the game time and televising network announced 12 days in advance of the contest.
