WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's tennis team has added incoming freshman Adam Lee to the roster for the 2011 dual match season, head coach Jeff Zinn announced Thursday.
A native of Auckland, New Zealand, Lee boasts impressive junior credentials, having won two ITF juniors singles titles and one doubles title, and finishing as a singles finalist in three other ITF events. He achieved a peak junior ranking of No. 91 in the world.
"I am very excited that Adam is joining our team for the spring," said Zinn. "His record in juniors speaks for itself, and I'm confident that he will be able to make an impact in our already strong lineup."
In addition to his tennis accomplishments, Lee played and coached soccer at his high school, Glendowie College, and was also a prefect leader and peer support leader there.
