Wake Forest at Clemson Set for Afternoon Kick

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference today announced that Wake Forest's football game at Clemson on Saturday, November 12 will begin at either noon or 3:30 p.m. EST. The game will be televised on one of the ESPN/ABC family of networks including ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU.
The exact kickoff time and the specific network will be announced no later than noon on Sunday, Nov. 6.
Wake Forest will enter the Clemson game with a 4-2 ACC record. The Tigers are 5-1 in the ACC and are idle this week. Following the Clemson game, the Demon Deacons close the ACC schedule on Nov. 19 at home vs. Maryland. Clemson closes its ACC schedule on Nov. 19 at NC State.
A Clemson win vs. Wake Forest would give the Tigers the Atlantic Division title. Wake Forest could claim the division championship by beating Clemson and Maryland.
This week, Wake Forest hosts Notre Dame on ABC/ESPN2 at 8 p.m. at BB&T Field.
