Wake Forest will play a total of 19 games at the Joel Coliseum this season including six-straight to open the season. The Deacs have just two non-conference road games before tackling the new 16-game ACC schedule.
Wake is scheduled to play five games on television this season. Four of those games will be carried in the ACC footprint on the Regional Sports Network which includes Comcast Sports Net, Fox Sports Net Florida, Fox Sports Net South, Fox Sports Carolinas and the New England Sports Network. The fifth game will be part of ESPN's "February Frenzy" which will showcase the Deacons game at NC State on ESPN2.

That game is schedule to tip-off at 6:30 p.m. Later that same week, Wake will host Coppin State at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18 and then take on Big 12 foe Kansas on Sunday, Nov. 20.
After spending last Thanksgiving on the road, the Deacons will enjoy their holiday dinner at home this season as they host Mercer on Wednesday, Nov. 23 and Jacksonville on Friday, Nov. 25. Wake has split a pair of meetings with Jacksonville the last two seasons.
The fifth annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge will again take on a two-day format this year and is slated for Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. Wake will host Minnesota on Dec. 1, at 6:30 p.m. This will be the first-ever meeting between the two schools. Wake has a 1-2 record in its previous three appearances in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
The Deacons will then close out 2011 by mixing in a pair of road trips amongst five home games. Wake makes its first road trip of the year on Dec. 4, when it travels to South Orange, N.J. to play Seton Hall. The Deacons are 11-15 all-time against teams from the Big East, including dropping its only previous meeting with Seton Hall in 1991.
Two more home games with Radford on Dec. 7 and Delaware on Dec. 11, will lead Wake into finals week which starts on Dec. 12. After taking a week to focus on their studies, the Deacons will host Howard on Dec. 18, and then travel to Dallas, Texas to face SMU on Dec. 21. Wake upended the Mustangs last season at the Joel 66-49.

This will be the first season in which the ACC schedule will feature a 16-game regular season format. Wake opens the ACC slate against defending champion Duke in Winston-Salem on Jan. 6. That game will be the first of five televised games for the Deacons as it can be seen on RSN.
