WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will wrap up the regular season on Saturday afternoon in Atlanta, as the Demon Deacons will look to post a sweep of Georgia Tech.
The Deacons earned a 59-50 defeat of the Yellow Jackets on Feb. 15 in Winston-Salem and are seeking their first season series sweep over Georgia Tech since 2002-03.
Tip-off is scheduled for 12 p.m. at Philips Arena.

Saturday's game will be televised on the ACC Network. Bob Rathbun (play-by-play) and Cory Alexander (color) will call the action.

Last Time Out
Wake Forest (13-16, 4-11 ACC) is coming off a 79-71 loss to No. 4-ranked Duke on Tuesday in Winston-Salem. The Deacons trailed by 23 (65-42) with 9:45 left in the second half before going on a 19-2 run over the next five minutes to get within six at 67-61. The Deacons capped the run by scoring 14 straight points to pull within six with under five minutes to play.
The Deacons had two opportunities to cut into the six-point deficit with under two minutes to play but could not convert. Duke made 5-of-6 free throw attempts down the stretch to seal the win.
Nikita Mescheriakov scored a career-high 18 points to go with four assists on Senior Night, while Tony Chennault added 18 points of his own. Travis McKie scored 12 points in the final 10 minutes to finish with 14.
Today's Opponent
Georgia Tech (10-19, 3-12 ACC) is coming off a 56-52 loss at Boston College on Wednesday in Chestnut Hill. The loss was the fifth in the past six games for the Yellow Jackets, who are 3-8 at Philips Arena this season.
Series History
Wake Forest leads the all-time series with Georgia Tech, 37-35, following last month's win in Winston-Salem.
The teams are meeting in Atlanta for the first time at a venue other than Alexander Memorial Coliseum, which includes ACC Tournaments held in the city. Wake Forest has lost seven straight at Alexander Memorial with its last win at the venue coming during the 2003-04 season.
Next Up...
Wake Forest will begin preparations for the 2012 ACC Tournament, which will be held at Philips Arena in Atlanta. The Deacons will travel back to Winston-Salem on Saturday before returning to Atlanta on Tuesday.
Wake Forest has not fared well in ACC Tournaments held in Atlanta, as the Deacons are 0-5 all-time. In 2009, No. 2-seeded Wake Forest was upset in the quarterfinals by No. 7-seeded Maryland.
