3/5/2012 12:00:00 AM | Women's Basketball
Prior to the ACC Tournament last week, the Wake Forest women's basketball visited students at the Hanes-Inman Education Center in Jamestown, N.C.
The team spent almost two hours at the school, getting a brief tour and going classroom-to-classroom interacting with the students. Everyone then met in the gym where the students showed-off some of their moves.
Haynes-Inman Education Center is a new Guilford County school that opened in August 2010. It is a public separate school that serves approximately 100 students ranging in age from preschool to age 22 with severe to profound cognitive and/or physical disabilities. The facility also has one preschool inclusion class that educates special needs students as well as regular education students.
