Fayetteville, N.C. - Former Wake Forest All-American and current Oakland Raiders linebacker Aaron Curry will host a free football camp, the inaugural Curry Faith & Football Classic, this summer to provide instruction and encouragement to his hometown's student-athletes.
The free camp will be held on Saturday, July 7, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at John Daskal Stadium and the Tokay Fields behind Reid Ross Classical School in Fayetteville, N.C. Reid Ross Classical School is located at 3200 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC 28301.
Curry's camp will be a non-contact day of instruction provided by a number of NFL players and local high school football coaches. Each participant will receive an event t-shirt, Pretzel Crisps, Powerade, lunch provided by Papa John's and a chance to win prizes donated by Stone Theatres.
The aim of the Classic is to provide local youth the opportunity to work on their football and teamwork skills, while building poise both on and off the field.
