Deacs Travel to Virginia Tech
• Wake Forest will travel to play ACC foe Virginia Tech on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Thompson Field in Blacksburg, Va.
• The Demon Deacon are undefeated in ACC play so far this season but will be looking for their first win (0-0-3).

Last Time Out
• Wake Forest earned its fifth shutout of the season on Tuesday night in a 4-0 win over Appalachian State at Spry Stadium.
• Michael Lisch has earned all five of those shutouts in goal, and now has 10 for his career.
• Sean Okoli, Jared Watts, Collin Martin and Jake Schemper all scored in the victory, while Watts also provided an assist for his first-career three-point game.
Friday's Opponent
• Virginia Tech has posted a 4-3-1 overall record and an 0-2-1 record in conference play.
• The Hokies are led on offense by David Clemens who has scored five goals on the year, including his first-career hat trick against VMI on Tuesday night in a 3-1 win.

• The Demon Deacons have not lost to the Hokies in 12 straight meetings (11-0-1), as Virginia Tech last defeated Wake Forest 2-0 on Sept. 7, 1997.
