No. 15 Wake Forest will face take on Clemson in an ACC match on Sunday, hosting the Tigers at 1 p.m. at Spry Stadium.

Head coach Tony da Luz will go for his 200th win at Wake Forest against Clemson. He is trying to become only the 10th coach across all sports - and the second in a women's sport - to win 200 games at Wake Forest. Da Luz holds a 199-111-29 record as head coach of the Demon Deacons.
Katie Stengel totaled two goals and an assist against Boston College and Maryland last week to move into first place on Wake Forest's all-time goals and points charts. Stengel has tallied 38 goals and 90 points in 52 career games.
Wake Forest has been one of the best defensive teams in the ACC, allowing only seven goals all year and holding a 0.57 goals against average - both numbers that rank as the second-best in the conference behind Florida State.
Goalkeeper Aubrey Bledsoe is tied for first in the conference with six shutouts this season. Bledsoe has shutout four of Wake Forest's last six opponents. Her six shutouts are already tied for the sixth-highest single season total in school history. Last year, she set the Wake Forest single-season record with 14 clean sheets, and her 23 total shutouts are the most-ever for a Demon Deacon `keeper.
Wake Forest has remained in the top 25 of all major national rankings all season. The Demon Deacons are ranked 15th in the NSCAA poll and jumped nine spots in Soccer America's Top 25 this week where they came in at No. 13. The Deacons are highest in Top Drawer Soccer's Tournament 64, where they rank seventh.

A Look At Clemson

Clemson is still searching for its first point of the ACC season, entering Sunday's game with a 5-5-0 (0-4-0 ACC) record. The Tigers are winless in their last six matches.
In their most recent match, the Tigers fell 3-0 on the road at Duke on Thursday.
Liska Dobberstein leads Clemson with four goals and eight points this season. Maddy Elder has been the Tigers' primary playmaker, leading the team with six assists.

Series History

Clemson leads the all-time series with Wake Forest 12-7-3, though Demon Deacons have had the upper hand in recent years, winning the last five matches between the two teams.
Wake Forest is 3-5-1 in games against Clemson in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Wake Forest will travel to Charlottesville, Va. to take on Virginia next Friday, Oct. 5, before facing a quick turnaround as it returns to host Kansas on Oct. 7 in its final non-conference match of the regular season.
