WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's soccer team would like to extend an invitation to all of its alumni to attend Homecoming weekend on September 21-23.
The men's soccer team will be in action Friday night, September 21, against Duke at Spry Stadium at 7 p.m. There will be a pregame tailgate on the hill at Spry, while both the men's and women's soccer alumni will head to the Old Winston Social Club following the game.
Also on Friday before the game, alumni will have a chance to participate in a golf clinic with Wake Forest golf instructor John Buczek at the Dianne Dailey Golf Learning Center (on campus) from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The clinic will cost $25 per person.
Saturday's events are contingent upon the start time of the Wake Forest football game against Army. The game time will be announced by the ACC on Monday, September 10.
If the football game is at 12 p.m., a pregame tailgate will be held near BB&T Field and begin two hours before kickoff. If the game is scheduled for 3:30 p.m., an alumni soccer game will be held at Spry, followed by a pregame tailgate on the hill at Spry and another tailgate near BB&T Field two hours before kickoff.
The weekend will wrap up on Sunday, as all alumni are invited to come to the men's soccer team's training session at 10 a.m. at Spry Stadium.
