- The Demon Deacons will welcome Big South foe Radford to the Joel Coliseum Friday evening for a non-conference showdown.
- The game is set to tip off at 7:00 p.m.

Last Time Out
- Junior Dearica Hamby scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for her third-straight double-double to lead Wake Forest to a 69-66 victory over visiting Davidson Tuesday night at the Joel Coliseum.
- Wake Forest led 56-40 with 11 minutes to play but Davidson stepped-up defensively and slowly chopped-away at the lead and had a last-second shot for the tie.
- On a night when senior point guard Chelsea Douglas struggled to get going, the Deacons got good games from a number of players. Junior Millesa Calicott had a second-straight solid game, finishing with 10 points, three rebounds and two assists. Jill Brunori grabbed 11 rebounds on the night with all of them coming on the offensive end.
- Senior Lindsy Wright played just six minutes but grabbed six rebounds and had one steal.
Wake Forest Storylines
- Senior Chelsea Douglas was the first player in school history to score 20 or more points in the first three games of a season. She leads the ACC in scoring (23.5) and three-pointers made (16).
- Douglas is currently 11th in school history with 1,228 career points and also 4th with 187 career three-pointers.
- Dearica Hamby has notched double-doubles in three-straight games. That is the first time she has done that in her career and she now has six double-doubles for her career.
The Opposition
- Radford won a pair of games to open the season but has since dropped its last two contests and comes into the game with a 2-2 mark.
- Ayana Avery leads the team in scoring and rebounding at 14.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. She has also made a Big South leading 12 three-pointers on the season.
- Rachel Ross is not far behind Avery at 10.5 points and 7.8 rebounds per contest.
Series History
- This will be the 10th meeting between Wake Forest and Radford.
- Wake Forest holds a 6-3 edge in the series and has won five of the last six meetings.
Next Up...
- The Demon Deacon head west for three games next week.
- Wake Forest will play at Arizona on Nov. 26, and then head to Reno, Nev. for the John Ascuaga's Nugget Classic hosted by Nevada.
- The Deacs will open the Nugget Classic against Cal on Nov. 29 and then play either Nevada or Idaho on Nov. 30.
