
Former Deacon Sean Randolph Passes Away

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Former Wake Forest men's soccer player Sean Randolph passed away in an accident Saturday at the age of 22.
Randolph played played three years for the Demon Deacons from 2009-11 and was a member of Wake Forest's College Cup team in 2009.
His first goal at Wake Forest as a freshman, the game-winner against No. 7 Indiana in 2009, made SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays.
"This is a tragic loss for the Wake Forest men's soccer family," said head coach Jay Vidovich. "Sean will always be remembered for his laughter and tremendous personality. He meant so much to so many people and was taken from us far too soon."
Randolph is survived by his sister Michelle Moses and his brother Michael Randolph.
A vigil will be held at the Church of our Heritage at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills in California on Sunday, Dec. 29 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The funeral service will be held at the Center Church of Highland located at 1672 Palm Ave., Highland, CA 92346 on Monday, Dec. 30 at 11:00am. Interment location will be at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, California.
