- Wake Forest jumps back to non-conference action to host Sun Belt Conference foe ULM on Saturday, Sept. 14.
- The game is schedule for a 12:30 p.m. kickoff from BB&T Field and will be broadcast on RSN. It can also be heard on the Wake Forest Sports Network and online at WakeForestSports.com
Last time Out
- A pair of early turnovers doomed the Demon Deacons as Boston College held on for a 24-10 victory on Friday, Sept. 6, in Chestnut Hill.
- BC's Andre Williams ran 35 times for a career-high 204 yards and one touchdown.
- Tanner Price was 18-of-30 for 191 yards and one touchdown. He found Michael Campanaro five times for 86 yards, including a 30-yard touchdown.
- Junior defensive back Kevin Johnson recorded his second interception of the season while senior Nikita Whitlock had seven tackles and a pair of sacks. That was Whitlock's first multi-sack game of his career.
Wake Forest Storylines
- Head coach Jim Grobe is just three wins shy of tying "Peahead" Walker for the school record of 77 career victories.
- Defensive back Kevin Johnson has intercepted a pass in each of the first two games, giving him five for his career. His two interceptions are tied for third in the country and his four passes defended are tied for 12th.
- Nose guard Nikita Whitlock had one sack in the season opener and two against Boston College last week. That was the first multi-sack game of his career and he is one of seven players in the country this season with three or more sacks in the first two games.
The Opposition & Series History
- Wake Forest and ULM are meeting for the first time on the gridiron.
- The Warhawks opened the season with a 34-0 defeat at Oklahoma but rebounded with a 48-10 victory over Grambling State at home last Saturday.
- Senior quarterback Kolton Browning has thrown three touchdown passes but is completing just 51 percent of his passes on the year.

- The Demon Deacons will head back out on the road to take on Army in West Point, N.Y. next Saturday.
- The game will be televised on the CBS Sports Network at 12:00 p.m.
- Wake Forest has won six-straight against the Black Knights, including a 34-15 victory at West Point in 1999.
