VIDEO: The Phoenix Company Protection Play of the Game

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Each week of the 2013 football season, The Phoenix Company will sponsor the Protection Play of the Game, highlighting a Wake Forest play that showed great protection and blocking from the Demon Deacons.

At the end of the season, fans will have the chance to vote on their favorite Protection Play of the Game and be entered into a drawing to win a Wake Forest gift package.

The first week's Protection Play of the Game is Joshua Wilhite's 21-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter. The redshirt freshman tailback tiptoed down the right sideline and into the end zone on his first career carry.
