Wake Forest hosts ACC-rival Duke on Friday night at Spry Stadium in the seventh annual Genna Wiley Memorial Match. All fans wearing pink enter the game for free and 500 pink rally towels will be given away.

Behind two first half goals from Ian Harkes and Ricky Greensfelder, Wake Forest defeated Akron 2-1 on Tuesday night at Spry Stadium.
The Demon Deacons controlled the pace in the first half, limiting Akron (4-3-1, 0-0-0 MAC) to just two shots and going up 2-0 at halftime. Akron responded with an early second half goal and had a chance to tie it late in the half on a penalty kick, but goalkeeper Alec Ferrell made the save as Wake Forest finished with a 2-1 victory.
Newly minted NSCAA National Player of the Week, Michael Gamble assisted on Harkes goal, giving him 11 points in the last three games. Tane Gent and Jon Bakero also had assists as they helped on Greensfelder's goal.

Wake Forest enters Friday's game as the top offense in the ACC. The Deacs lead in points per game (6.89), goals per game (2.25), assists per game (2.44), goals (20), assists (22), points (62) and shots (166).
The Deacs rank seventh nationally in points, 11th in goals, seventh in assists and 17th in scoring offense.
Michael Gamble was named the Disney Soccer/NSCAA National Player of the Week on Tuesday after he had four goals and two assists in two games last week.
Gamble is fifth in NCAA Division I in points (19), second in assists (7), fifth in points per game (2.11) and fourth in assists per game (0.78).
