Wake Forest and Notre Dame Announce Future Football Meetings

GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Atlantic Coast Conference and the University of Notre Dame have announced their football playing dates through the 2025 season, formally sealing the partnership that began this season and will feature an average of five games per year between ACC teams and the Fighting Irish over a 12-year span.
Wake Forest has five games coming up with the Fighting Irish in the next nine years.
Wake Forest will play Notre Dame in South Bend on November 14, 2015 and again on November 4, 2017. Notre Dame will visit Wake Forest on November 17, 2018. Notre Dame will return to Wake Forest in 2020 while the Deacons will visit South Bend in 2023. The 2020 and 2023 playing dates will be determined at a later date.
Wake Forest hosted Notre Dame on Nov. 5, 2011 and dropped a 24-17 decision at BB&T Field. In 2012, the Deacons lost 38-0 at Notre Dame Stadium.
