FB Tommy Bohanon, New York Jets
Bohanon broke his collarbone in the Jets' Week 4 loss to the Lions. Despite suffering the injury, he played the whole second half before being diagnosed after the game. He was placed on injured reserve, ending his season. The Jets (1-4) fell to San Diego last week and host the Broncos this weekend.
S Josh Bush, New York Jets
Bush played in his third straight game in a 31-0 loss to San Diego. The third-year safety had been inactive the first two weeks with a quadriceps injury but returned in recent weeks. He recorded one solo tackle in Sunday's game. New York (1-4) will take on the Broncos on Sunday afternoon.
WR Michael Campanaro, Baltimore Ravens
Campanaro was inactive for the fifth-straight week as the Ravens fell to the Colts, 20-13. The rookie is working his way up the depth chart; he moved from fourth to third team at wide receiver last week, and from third to second team at kick returner this week. Baltimore (3-2) heads to Tampa Bay for a Sunday afternoon contest.
OT Tyson Clabo, Houston Texans
Clabo came off the bench as a reserve offensive tackle in the Texans' 20-17 overtime loss to Dallas. Clabo has seen action off the bench in all five of Houston's games, and has now played in more than 120 career games. The Texans (3-2) play the Colts tonight (Oct. 9) on Thursday Night Football.
CB Brandon Ghee, Tennessee Titans
Ghee was signed by the Titans yesterday (Oct. 8) to replace injured safety Bernard Pollard. After spending the offseason with the Chargers, Ghee was cut at the end of training camp. With Tennessee, he slots in as a third-team cornerback and is expected to contribute on special teams right away. The Titans (1-4) take on Jacksonville this weekend.
WR Chris Givens, St. Louis Rams
Givens was inactive in the Rams' 34-28 loss to the Eagles. He was the odd man out after Tavon Austin's return from injury and Stedman Bailey's return from suspension. The third-year receiver has four catches for 50 yards in three contests. This week, St. Louis (1-3) hosts San Francisco for Monday Night Football.
RB Josh Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers
Harris, a rookie running back, is a member of the Steelers' practice squad after signing a free agent contract with the team at the end of July. Harris had eight carries for 41 yards during the preseason to earn a spot on the practice squad. Pittsburgh (3-2) beat the Jaguars 17-9 last weekend, and travel to Cleveland on Sunday afternoon.
OG Joe Looney, San Francisco 49ers
Looney came off the bench in the 49ers' 22-17 win against the Chiefs last week. Looney had started at right guard throughout the preseason and in Week 1 but has come off the bench the past four weeks with the return of fellow lineman Alex Boone. The 49ers (3-2) travel to St. Louis for Monday Night Football on Oct. 13.
LB Calvin Pace, New York Jets
Pace logged a pair of sacks in the Jets 31-0 loss to the Chargers. The 12th-year veteran started at outside linebacker for New York and made six solo tackles. Having played in 160 career games, he has totaled more than 550 tackles and 55 sacks in his career. Pace will be inducted into Wake Forest's Sports Hall of Fame on Oct. 17. The Jets (1-4) play the Broncos on Sunday afternoon, before taking on the Patriots on the Thursday night prior to the induction ceremony.
DE Zach Thompson, Denver Broncos
Thompson, a rookie defensive end, is a member of the Broncos' practice squad after signing with the team on Sept. 1. Thompson spent the preseason in camp with the New York Jets. An undrafted rookie free agent, Thompson had five tackles in three preseason games with the Jets before being released at the close of camp. Denver (3-1) handed Arizona its first loss in Week 5, and travels to take on the Jets on Sunday afternoon.
FB Nikita Whitlock, Dallas Cowboys
Whitlock, a rookie fullback and Dallas area native, is a member of the Cowboys practice squad after re-signing with the team on Sept. 9. Whitlock was originally signed to the Cowboys' practice squad on Sept. 1 but was then released and picked back up by the team. He spent the preseason in camp with the Cincinnati Bengals. The Cowboys (4-1) beat the Texans in overtime last week and travel to Seattle on Sunday.
LB Kyle Wilber, Dallas Cowboys
Wilber recorded a pair of tackles in the Cowboys' 20-17 overtime win over Houston on Sunday. He shifted from strongside to weakside linebacker last week. The third-year player has 13 tackles and a half sack through five games in 2014. The Cowboys (4-1) travel to take on the defending champion Seahawks on Sunday afternoon.
