Wake Forest Tournament History
• The Deacons are making their 17th straight appearance at the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate.
• In the last 16 years, a Wake Forest individual has finished in the top-5 ten times, including back-to-back victories by Bill Haas in 2002 and 2003.
• As a team, the Deacons won the event in 2002 with three top-10 finishers, but have only finished in the top-5 seven times in 16 tries.
• Last year, the Demon Deacons finished at 8-under par as a team and finished fifth. Senior Thomas Birdsey carded rounds of 67-70-68 to finish tied for second at 11-under 205.
Wake Forest Notes
• The Deacons are coming off a win in the inaugural Primland Collegiate September 29-30.
• All five members of Wake Forest's first team finished under par at the Primland.
• As a team, the Deacons have been under par in all six rounds played this season.
