Deacons Visit Top-Ranked Florida State
Wake Forest will take on defending national champion and No. 1-ranked Florida State on Saturday, Oct. 4 in Tallahassee.
The game will kickoff at 3:30 and will be televised on ABC Regional. Out of region, the game will be available on ESPN3. The game can also be heard on the Wake Forest Sports Network from IMG College.
Last Time Out
Wake Forest dropped a 20-10 decision at Louisville on Sept. 27.
The Demon Deacons held a 10-7 lead in the fourth quarter but allowed a go-ahead touchdown and a pair of field goals in the final 12 minutes.
Wake Forest allowed eight sacks in the contest and had 100 yards of total offense.
PK Mike Weaver converted a 43-yard field goal making him a perfect 7-of-7 to start his career, marking the best start ever by a Deacon kicker.
