WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Following its 4-2 victory Friday night against Louisville, the Wake Forest men's soccer team has officially locked up the No. 1-seed in the ACC Championship after the conference regular season concluded Saturday with Notre Dame topping Pittsburgh.

The Demon Deacons earned a first-round bye through to the quarterfinals on Nov. 8. Wake Forest will take on No. 8-seed Duke or No. 9-seed Louisville at 1 p.m. next weekend. While the opponent will be determined Wednesday night, Wake Forest is set to host the quarterfinal game at Spry Stadium and should it advance to the semifinals and finals, the Deacs would also host games in both rounds as the entire tournament is set to be played on campus sites with the semis and finals played at the highest-remaining seeds. If Wake Forest advances, the semifinals would be Wednesday Nov. 11, at 7 p.m. and the finals scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m.

One day after the ACC Tournament champion is determined, the Deacs will find out their fate in the NCAA Tournament with the Selection Show set for Monday, Nov. 16. The show is scheduled for 1 p.m. and will be streamed on NCAA.com.
