WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The 2015-16 men's basketball season brought with it more than 25 rule changes and the implementation of several officiating initiatives.
To help fans stay updated and gain a better understanding of the new rules and initiatives geared towards reducing physical play and creating more freedom of movement, the NCAA released a video. In the 14-minute video, J.D. Collins, NCAA national coordinator of men's basketball officials, details the rule changes and points of emphasis for the 2015-16 NCAA men's basketball season.
