Jerry Haas Golf Camp Announces 2016 Dates

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest men's golf team has announced the 2016 dates for the Jerry Haas Golf Camps. There will be three sessions of the overnight camp and one session of the day camp to choose from this summer.
"I am looking forward to another exciting year of the Jerry Haas Golf Camp at Wake Forest University," said Haas. "We have other head coaches from around the country that serves as teachers, counselors and mentors. Come join us at our beautiful 16-acre on-campus practice facility while staying in an air-conditioned dorm named after the legendary Arnold Palmer." The overnight camp is for boys ages 11-18. Session I is June 13-17, Session II is June 26-30 and Session III is July 10-14. The day camp for boys ages 7-14 runs June 27-30.
Campers will receive instruction and lessons on long-drives, short game, bunker shots, putting, course management, playing strategy, rules of golf, golf etiquette and much more. A coaches shoot-out and two-man scramble will be played at local courses, to give campers a variety of tournament experience. On the final day of each session, campers will have the chance to apply their skills in an individual tournament atmosphere.
