Wake Forest head football coach Dave Clawson will put the Demon Deacons through their fourth spring practice session on Thursday morning at the Doc Martin Football Practice Complex. The Demon Deacons will take the field at 7:55 am and will practice for approximately two hours.
Thursday's practice will be the first in full equipment and in which the team can tackle.
The team will also practice Friday afternoon at 4:15 pm at BB&T Field.
The team resumed practice on March 17 following a week off for spring break.
"There was a little rust from spring break," said Clawson "I thought the energy level was good. The enthusiasm was good. Players had some juice and were looking forward to getting out here. That's always one of the challenges of spring, you've got 15 practices against each other and you want to keep it fresh and enthusiastic and at a good energy level. Three practices into it, we're doing that."
The Deacons will continue to practice Tuesday and Thursday at 7:55 am for each of the next three weeks.
